This Refund Policy is designed to comply with United Kingdom consumer protection laws, including The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Under UK law, if you are a consumer based in the UK or the European Union, you have a statutory legal right to change your mind and cancel your contract with us for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • The Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the products. If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the 14 days start from the day you receive the final item.

  • How to Exercise Your Right: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement. You can notify us by emailing our customer support team at info@sparklex.net or by calling +44 7454 752531 before the 14-day period expires.

2. CONDITION OF RETURNS

To qualify for a full refund under your right to cancel, the products must be handled with reasonable care.

  • Items must be returned to us unused, undamaged, and in their original, resellable packaging.

  • You are entitled to examine the products as you would in a physical shop, but if you use the products, assemble them, or cause depreciation in their value through unnecessary handling, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect this loss of value.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • You will be responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods to our specified return address.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. THE REFUND PROCESS

  • Timeline: Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation.

  • Method: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide proof that you have sent the goods back.

  • Amount: We will refund the full price paid for the product, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (if any). Please note that if you chose a premium or expedited delivery option, we are only required to refund the amount of our standard delivery option.

  • Currency: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

5. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Separately from your 14-day right to change your mind, under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, any products we supply must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or is misdescribed, please contact us immediately at info@sparklex.net. In these cases:

  • You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement depending on the timeframe of your claim.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for collection of the faulty item.

6. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

Please note that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to your unique specifications or are clearly personalized.

  • Goods which expire rapidly or are liable to deteriorate.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
