DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the customer (“Customer”) and Sparklex LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the use of our website and related services.
- SUBJECT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the online sale, purchase, payment, and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Sparklex LLC website. - PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products displayed on our website include product descriptions, pricing information, and shipping details. Sparklex LLC reserves the right to modify product availability, pricing, and promotional offers without prior notice. - ORDER PROCESS
After completing an order, the Customer will receive an electronic order confirmation. Orders may be canceled if payment authorization fails, fraudulent activity is suspected, or products become unavailable. - PAYMENT
Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Sparklex LLC does not directly store complete payment card information. - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within the timeframe specified on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, logistics providers, and force majeure events. - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
Customers located within the European Union may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, except for products excluded from withdrawal rights by law. - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval and returned through the original payment method. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sparklex LLC shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from customs delays, shipping carrier interruptions, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. - GOVERNING LAW
